Save the Dates are usually sent 6-8 months prior to your wedding date. Invitations are usually sent 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. For digital printing, please allow at least 3 weeks for production. For letterpress, please allow at least 4 weeks for production. Please also take into account proofing and shipping times! Reach out to me for a more specific timeline!

Day-of stationery can be booked as soon as you decide on the items you need! We can wait until you have all of your information to start designing. With that said, please aim to allow 3-4 weeks for proofing and production of your day-of items. DK is unable to accommodate day-of stationery for weddings within 2 weeks of booking.

Plan to order invitations by household, not guest count! If you're planning on having 200 guests, you may only need 150 invitations. With that said, DK recommends ordering more invitations than you think you'll need to allow for additions and keepsakes. Invitations are ordered in multiples of 25, and if you need to go back and order more later, you'll be looking at an additional setup fee and a higher price per invitation.

You can customize the wording, print color, monogram (if choosing a design that has a monogram), as well as any embellishments that you'd like to include in your suite. Mix and match envelope liners and belly bands, and add a wax seal for a custom look! After placing your order, you will receive an email with a questionnaire where you can enter all of your wedding details! Then, we get started with proofing! Up to 4 rounds of proofs are included with your semi-custom invitations.
