It’s my #1 priority to make sure you truly enjoy your invitation design experience. I know planning a wedding can be stressful, and throwing in etiquette rules, paper choices, and printing methods just adds to the confusion. With my full-service design process, I’ll guide you each step of the way and will give you the best options based on your aesthetic and budget. The end result will be timeless invitations that tell your love story through beautiful art.

unlimited artwork
& proofing
Whether you want to include a watercolor painting of your venue, line drawings, or a custom crest, it’s all included in your design package. If we need to go through one round of proofing or 15 rounds, we’ll work until it’s just right!
material & design
choices
I don’t expect you to learn everything about paper types, envelope styles, or printing methods. That’s why I’m here. I’ll choose the best materials and make design choices based on your budget and aesthetic.
Production
I’ll handle everything in production. I only work with trusted vendors who are the best in the business, so you can be sure that your invitations will be handled with love and care.
assembly & mailing
Once production is finished, I’ll assemble your suites by collating each card, wrapping them with your vellum or ribbon, pouring the wax seals, and gently placing them into each envelope. You’ll receive a photo of the completed suites at the post office, and you never even had to lift a finger.
keepsake suite
& photo-ready extras
Every Dear Kathryn client receives a keepsake suite to display in your home for years to come. I’ll also send over a couple finished suites to your photographer so he or she can capture the details for you.
secure client portal
You will have a secure client portal throughout our time working together. This is where all of your design proofs, details, and invoices will be kept. Simply log in with your email address and password, and you’ll be able to see if you have any unread emails or forms that need to be completed.

Fill out the custom invitation questionnaire. This form helps me put together an estimate tailored to your preferences. Once this has been approved, I’ll collect a 50% retainer and we’ll get started!
I’ll gather some details from you on your engagement story, your favorite things to do together, your wedding vision, and more. From there, you’ll receive a custom lookbook with an overview of the design aesthetic and a few sketches.
Sit back and relax while I create the artwork for your stationery. I’ll send you some design proofs along the way, and once we’ve finalized the design I’ll move forward with production, assembly, and mailing!
